Downloads
Downloads will be refunded in the event there is a verifiable fault with the download file(s).
CDs
A replacement CD will be sent where a technical fault is reported within 28 days of delivery.*
Printed Materials
No returns of printed materials will be accepted. All lessons can be previewed online and are deemed bought as advertised.
Disputes or Queries
Please contact us, should you feel anything is missing from any order or service you have ordered from Dance Notes. We maintain fully human customer support. You will never be subjected to call-waiting queues, chat-bots or AI-generated responses of any kind. You may need to leave a telephone message or wait for reply but you can be assured a thorough and individual response.
