Order Online
Find a teaching pack, by clicking the ‘Lessons’ tab in the main menu. You may also use the search box to search by keywords. Or you can browse by category from the dropdown menu. Once you have found your chosen plan, click the lesson title or the ‘Order/Download’ link.
Now you can choose your delivery option: ‘Download with mp3s’; ‘Download + CD’ or ‘Printed Pack & CD’. Then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can repeat this process for as many lessons as you require.
You will see that the ‘Add to Cart’ button has now changed to ‘Checkout’. Click this button to continue to the payment section.
Choose whether you want to pay by credit/debit card or via PayPal. Complete the details as requested. Then click ‘Purchase’ to complete your order.
After that, you will be transferred to the confirmation page, where you will see links to the files you have bought. An email including these links will also be sent to you.
If you have used PayPal, they will send confirmation of your payment. You will also receive manual receipt from Madmusik (publisher of Dance Notes) for your records.
Ordering On Invoice
Online orders are discounted at 10% and not subject to any handling/delivery fees. However, we understand that you may need an invoice in order to satisfy the purchasing system for your school, trust or LEA. The quickest, and simplest, way to place an invoice order is by using our online form.
On each lesson page, beneath the ‘Add to Cart’ button, you will see a grey button, labelled ‘Order on Invoice’. Clicking this will open the form for invoice orders.
Fill in the details as requested, then choose a delivery option. Now select your lessons using the dropdown boxes provided (a new one will appear each time you add a plan). You can go back to change your selection or remove these as required, before completing your purchase.
If you have a Purchase Order document, you can attach this to your order using the file uploader. Simply click the box, then navigate to the file on your device. Alternatively, drag this onto the upload area. Finally, click ‘Submit’.
You will see a message to confirm your order has been received and will be processed. This will normally be on the next available working day but may take longer during busy periods or holidays. Please let us know if your order is urgent, so we can give it priority.
Once complete, you will be emailed confirmation, including links to your downloads. An invoice will be emailed to the address you have provided. Printed materials will normally be sent within 7 working days.
Order Offline
A printable form is also available to download. A link to this is included at the bottom of the online invoice order form. You may also download this now, using the button below.
The completed form may be emailed, posted or faxed through. Once processed, you will receive an invoice and your download links.
We will normally post printed materials (including CDs) the next available working day but please allow 7 days for delivery. During periods of high demand (such as the start of a term) or during holiday time, this may take longer. Let us know if your order is urgent so we may give it priority where possible.
Register a Licence
If you are ordering multiple lessons for your school – or are likely to need teaching materials throughout the school year – then a licence subscription will be best for you. There is a range of options to suit your needs, from an annual school licence, to a monthly individual licence and discounts for schools partnerships.
